1) How VisaBooking Works?
At VisaBookings we are able to arrange all of the travel reservations necessary for your visa application.
Once you have provided us with an estimated travel date, destination, departure airport, arrival airport, and preferred hotel, we can then acquire the travel reservations suited for your visa. The reservations will then be emailed to you via PDF format where you can then attach them to your visa application.
After you receive your visa you can then purchase your actual tickets elsewhere or if you prefer, you can buy your tickets directly from us. Our resources enable us to find the cheapest deals at that time and our service fees are as low as 20USD.
2) Am I able to verify my flight and hotel reservations?
Both flight and Hotel reservations are verifiable and it can be done online or directly with the hotel or airline.
Flight Reservation Verification
To verify your flight reservation you can simply visit the chosen airlines website and select manage my booking. From there you enter your reservation number along with your name and your reservation will be shown.
Hotel Reservation Verification
Depending on the size and type of the hotel you have your reservation with, you have you may be able to verify your reservation online. To do this you can sometimes access your reservation from the hotel’s webpage or alternatively, you can email or call them directly to confirm.

3) How long are the reservation and insurance valid for?
Flight Validity
Usually, 2 weeks is the period in which flight reservations will hold for. On rare occasions, flight reservations can sometimes get automatically canceled. This can happen due to overbooking or airline circumstances. If this situation does arise, then we will recreate a valid flight reservation for you. Your visa application will not be rejected because of this, you will simply be asked to submit a new valid reservation.
Hotel Validity
The standard periods in which hotel reservations are valid for is 3 weeks. Like flight reservations, they can sometimes get automatically canceled due to overbooking and hotel cancellation policies. If this is the case, we will reissue a valid reservation for you. Again, this will not affect your visa application. Certain hotel reservations allow us to extend the validity period for the reservation. If you would like to see if your reservation will permit this, feel free to contact us.
Insurance Validity
The insurance policy that we issue you meets all of the Schengen visa criteria. The policy covers you for all Schengen countries and you will receive a signed visa insurance letter that fits for your visa application.
4) Can I see an example of a fight and hotel reservation?
We will be more than happy to send you a sample of any reservation. If you send us an email we can send the examples over for you.

Absolutely, we can provide travel reservations to any country and for any visa. If you are unsure of what you need for your visa, simply send us a message and we will assist you as best we can.
The insurance policies we provide will cover you internationally, however, any claims will need to be taken up with the insurance provider.
8) Are you able to book any airline of my choice?
Of course, we can. If you send us your preferred airline we can use our resources to get your ideal reservations.
9) Can I buy flight and hotel reservations without buying full priced actual tickets? will the embassy accept them?
Most definitely. The embassies advise purchasing reservations as opposed to full price actual tickets for your visa applications. This will save you money and give you the freedom to amend your travel plans once your visa is approved.
10) Is there a particular timeframe to use VisaBookings to book flight and hotel reservations?
You can use our service at any time. We do recommend using our reservations services closer to your visa interview date. 3 days is sufficient enough.

17) After I make the payment, how long will I have to wait to receive my hotel and flight reservations?
This will mostly depend on the selected package. We have options available for a quicker delivery if needed. If it is urgent, you can contact our team and we will be able to advise the best course of action.
18) Can I still purchase your services if I don’t have a PayPal account?
Of course, you can. On the payment page, you are able to pay with all major credit and debit cards. If any problems arise contact us and we will tackle the issue.

19) Once I have my visa, are there any ticket cancellation fees?
All cancellations will be completed by us for free once you receive your visa. There are no reservation cancellation fees.
20) What is your refund policy?
In the unlikely event that your visa is denied due to our services or reservations, we will issue a refund upon receiving your visa rejection letter. The letter will need to be signed and stamped by the respected embassy.
The cost of insurance will be refunded once the insurance cancellation fee and service fee has been deducted.

21) How do I submit the reservations you send me?
Once we have emailed you the travel reservations or itinerary which is a pdf document, you can print them and attach them to your visa application form. Submitting your reservations with your application will serve as acceptable travel plans.
